General Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are made by and between PlanTechHub, Inc. ("PlanTechHub", "we", "us", or "our") and the user ("User", "you", or "your"). This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your access to and use of PlanTechHub’s financial literacy and scenario-building tools, including all subsidiary services.

2. Definitions
- Advisor: A financial advisor, financial institution, broker-dealer, registered investment advisor, third-party administrator, trust company, or family office customer authorized to use the Service to provide financial planning services.
- Consumer: A customer of an Advisor who is authorized to use the Service for personal, family, or household purposes.
- User: Any individual who has authorized user identification codes and passwords to access the Service.

3. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service.

Privilege to Access and Use the Service

4. Account Creation and Maintenance
Users must create an account to access the Service. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. User Conduct
Users agree to use the Service lawfully and ethically. Any unauthorized, unlawful, or harmful use of the Service is prohibited. Violations may result in account termination.

6. PlanTechACCESS
- Nature of Service: Provides free forever access to basic services.
- Eligibility: Open to all users.

7. StartingOutPlan
- Nature of Service: Offers self-guided financial literacy tools for consumers to explore personal financial scenarios.
- Usage: Users can experiment with various financial scenarios to understand their options. This is not a financial planning service, and professional advice is recommended for comprehensive planning.

8. MyPrivatePlan
- Nature of Service: Allows advisors to create and manage single plans separate from their firm.
- Data Sharing: Advisors must manage and share plans responsibly. Unauthorized sharing is prohibited.

9. ProBonoPlan
- Nature of Service: Provides free planning services to advisors.
- Eligibility: Advisors must verify eligibility. Misuse may result in revocation of access.

10. PlanTechBasic
- Nature of Service: Pay-by-the-plan service for advisors with free plan viewing for clients.
- Billing: Advisors are billed per plan. Unauthorized usage may result in additional charges or termination of service.

11. FinLitYou
- Nature of Service: Offers financial literacy courses and workshops.
- Enrollment: Users can enroll in courses individually or be referred by an advisor.

12. ParaPlanTech
- Nature of Service: Provides free access to paraplanners and other financial professionals.
- Usage: Paraplanners must adhere to the same terms as advisors. Misuse may result in revocation of access.

Data Privacy and Security

We collect data to improve our services and user experience. This includes personal information provided during account creation and usage data. Please review our Privacy Policy for more details.

14. Data Protection
We implement security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials.

Intellectual Property

15. Ownership
All content, tools, and proprietary methods used in our services are protected by law. Users are prohibited from copying or redistributing any part of our services without explicit permission.

Limitation of Liability

16. Disclaimer
PlanTechHub provides the Service "as is" and without any express or implied representations or warranties, including but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

17. Limitation
PlanTechHub is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. If any part of this limitation is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

19. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

- Disclaimer: This service is meant for educational purposes and not for providing professional financial advice.

25. MyPrivatePlan
- Nature of Service: Aimed at advisors and high-profile clients to manage individual plans separate from their firm.
- Usage: Provides one personal plan for advisors for free; additional plans cost $50 each.
- Data Sharing: Plans and data must be managed responsibly. Unauthorized sharing is prohibited.
- Billing: Advisors are billed per plan usage.

26. ProBonoPlan
- Nature of Service: Free service aimed at providing planning services to advisors.
- Eligibility: Advisors must verify eligibility to access this service. Misuse may result in revocation of access.
- Usage: Adherence to responsible use of planning services is required.

27. PlanTechBasic
- Nature of Service: Pay-by-the-plan service for advisors. Allows free plan viewing for clients.
- Billing: Advisors are billed on a per-plan basis. Unauthorized usage may result in additional charges or termination of service.

28. FinLitYou
- Nature of Service: Platform offering financial literacy courses and workshops.
- Enrollment: Users can enroll in courses individually or be referred by an advisor.
- Usage: Aimed at improving financial literacy through structured learning.

29. ParaPlanTech
- Nature of Service: Free access for paraplanners and other financial professionals working in conjunction with advisors.
- Usage: Paraplanners must adhere to the same terms as advisors. Misuse may result in revocation of access.
